I ship using a third party independent shipping company. If you are buying furniture please leave your phone number for them to contact you for delivery. (SUPER IMPORTANT)
-Shipping within the USA is available to most states.
-I will check out several different ways to find the most affordable and safest way to get these pieces to you. This usually is determined by size and weight of the piece.
-Insurance will be purchased and added to the cost of shipping.
- Please let me know if there will be stairs, elevators, or if this is a business address.
-Shipping costs are included in the listed price.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Items During Transit

Khicktiques is not responsible for any damage, lost or stolen items during transit. If your item is lost or damaged during shipping I would be happy to assist you with the process of filing and submitting a claim. It is the responsibility of the buyer to see the claim process through.

Cancellation Policy

Please look over all photos and read the description carefully. Questions and concerns are always welcome, so please convo me anytime. I will get back to you as soon as possible. More photos can be provided upon request. All sales are final. If we approve and cancel within 24 hours there will be a 15% restocking and processing fee. There will be no refunds after 24 hours of purchasing.

All of these pieces are vintage, antique, and used items. There will be flaws. There will be imperfections. This is what we love about them. We love being able to recycle and save another item from a landfill. I will try and be sure to address any issues with any piece in the listing description. All items are sold as is.
